Well still cant update as ive still not received my order. After emailing coolshop i was told its either delayed or lost and i will need to fill out and sign a form to get a refund. I do not think its delayed as ive ordered different items from different places at the same time and they all come within days of me ordering. I do not think its going to arrive. Im very annoyed that after i emailed asking if my order will be here before xmas as its a gift and they replied yes but still not here. Not happy!

yeah im still waitingfor my copy iv sent a email to them, and there looking into it, but they sent some royal mail compensation claim forms not looking good

I rang the royal mail trying to find out more when they sent me that same email and the royal mail says you can track it yourself if you can get the tracking number off customer services so I'm going to try and find out what has actually happened also if its been sent from Denmark where the companies based then according to royal mail they say that the estimated time would be 28 days

I am in the same boat. I ordered mine Sunday morning, got the pre-order codes on Wednesday and it still hasn't turned up. I was expecting it on Thursday at the latest (Allows for 4 days for delivery), but still nothing.

I have had a live chat with pdk and they said anywhere between 2-50 days, so its still possible we will get it tomorrow. Keep in mind people on here who had it dispatched Friday got it on this Monday so that's a little reassuring.

it should come tomorow the latest would be thursday but probobly wouldn't be that day probably tomorow considering it was delivered at like 5 in the morning. ( by the way did you meen 2-5 )

Nope, the person told me 2-50 the gap obviously meaning there is many international delivery options but it shows 2nd day delivery is possible.

They normally take payment when your order is dispatched i think, i havnt had one either

I think thats when something happens with your credit card it means you must pay by then or it wont be reserved and it will be re-sold but not to worry we have already paid. should come tomorrow. :)
