The Management and Employees of Coolshop is following the guidelines and restrictions from the Danish Government and Health Department very closely. Get an overview of the actions we have taken here.

You can confidently and safely shop all the goods you need. We are experiencing minor delays on deliveries of some orders but are sending out the goods daily as usual. Below you can see all the precautions we have taken due to the current situation. You can also check out our frequently asked questions section at the bottom of this page. 


DELIVERIES OF YOUR PRODUCTS. 

We are experiencing very few delays during deliveries. 
We follow the situation carefully and are in close contact with our delivery partners. At this moment you will still get your deliveries as normally small delays might occur. All logistic companies that we are collaborating with, have ensured, that they are paying extra attention to the matter of hygiene in these times to protect all you - our customers. 
Please note that we are located in the Northern part of Denmark, which can lead to bit longer deliveries across the borders. Our delivery time without delays is 2-5 business days.


STOCK SITUATION

Our stock is booming with products! 
The amount of stock in our warehouse is the same as normal and we receive goods as normal, though we can experience smaller delays. You can see the specific status of a product by going to the individual site of each product. 
In case of a product being sold out, the chances of it being back on stock within short time, is big. You can choose to sign up to an email notification, when the goods are back on stock. This is possible from the site of the product.

All our office employees are now working from home. Therefore, we ask you to send us an email or start a LIVE CHAT on our website. Please be patient as there may be a longer response time than usual. We also kindly ask you to only send one inquiry at a time as you will otherwise push yourself further behind in line as our inquiries are sorted by time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Is it still possible to order a product and get my package delivered?

Yes. We are working as usual, but it can take a bit longer due to the extra precautions we took in order to lower the risk of infection.

2) Does the delivery time remain unchanged?

Some orders are being delivered within 2-5 business days as usual, while others may be a bit delayed. Those delays take usually up to 3 business days on top of the usual delivery time. Therefore, we are asking you for some extra patience before you contact us.

3) Should I be worried about getting infected while ordering from you?

Not at all. We, as well as all our employees are taking COVID-19 very seriously. We have tightened all handling and procedure of packaging, so this should not pose a risk of infection. Since Coolshop is an online store, we also minimize physical contact on all items, making it much safer to shop online compared to physical stores. This announcement is also supported by the state.
