The medium size is square and has a slight indentation in the middle, which provides a nice dual function: Use it to chop loose ingredients such as herbs and nuts, or as a tapas plate for serving directly on the table - preferably as an extension of the large cutting board.
Cutting Board is a series of cutting boards in 3 different sizes with edges cut diagonally at an angle of 45 degrees. The slanted edges give a perspective-like appearance and at the same time the edges mean that the boards can be placed very close together, so that you can effortlessly push, for example, finely chopped herbs from one board to another. It is also easy to grab the board and lift it from the table.
