Before: Wash hands or use rubbing alcohol
Find the front page. This is the printed page
Cover the nose and mouth with the mouthpiece and fasten it behind the ears
Make sure the mouthpiece fits snugly against your face
Do not touch the mouthpiece during use. Change it often and always if it
is wet or dirty
When removing the mouthpiece, grasp the elastics and do not touch the mouthpiece itself. Throw it out right away
