This wonderful Paradoxe Nightcreme from Beauté Pacifique, moisturises, cares and combats ageing and sun damage at the same time. This night cream combines a number of active ingredients, each of which have a unique ability to rebuild and repair the skin. It is especially effective against the free radicals and stress in the skin that too much sunlight can cause. The preventive properties of Paradoxe Anti-Age Night Creme are mainly based on unique Chilean grape extract. These have a unique high content of natural Resveratrol and Procyanidin, which keeps the skin young and healthy for a long time. These active ingredients are transported deep into the skin encapsulated in the skin's own oil/Squalane, which also keeps the skin silky smooth. The nightcream contains two highly active vitamin A esters, to provide the best anti-age effect. These two help to restore lost elastic structure. To reduce the visibility of small blood vessels in the skin, a cocktail of ingredients has been added to contract the vessels so that they are less visible. Protective extract from liquorice root allows this highly active cream to be used even on sensitive skin without unwanted side effects. Also contains vitamin E, which combats free radicals and stress in the skin.
Beauté Pacifique is a Danish company that was founded in 1997 by former Novo engineers Flemming K. Christensen and Gunnar Svendsen.
The Beauté Pacifique consists of 50 products within the category of dermacosmetic or cosmeceuticals. Dermacosmetic means beauty care which always fulfils the cosmetic (directive) but the effect is close to the border between cosmetics and medical remedies. Beaute Pacifique products are designed for the face and the body and are suitable for both both young and mature skin.
Beauté Pacifique's A-vitamin
Beauté Pacifique's A-vitamin products reduce age degeneration, sun damage and stretch marks. As the only one of its kind the A-vitamin cream "Crème Métamorphique" is capable of penetrating to the lower parts of the skin. It is proven in an independent double blinded, placebo-controlled Danish study which was carried out by Professor Peter Bjerring at the dermatological department at Marselisborg Hospital. The study showed that the cream, after only five days treatment, can strengthen the skin's elastic fibrestruture.
